It depends on the yacht. Many yachts can be booked from 2 hours; mega yachts start at 4 hours. The minimum is shown on each yacht page.

Boarding points depend on the yacht, for example Dubai Marina, Dubai Harbour or Business Bay. The exact meeting point is sent with your confirmation.

ID for every guest (it may be checked at the marina), sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear if you plan to swim, and soft-soled shoes for the deck.
